PaddocksEdge is a horse racing analysis tool operated by Maitland Agency Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using PaddocksEdge, you agree to these terms.

You must be 18 years or older to use PaddocksEdge. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

PaddocksEdge provides data-driven analysis of horse racing. It is an information and analysis tool. It is not a recommendation service or financial advice. PaddocksEdge does not guarantee the outcome of any race. A high probability score indicates strong data alignment — it does not indicate certainty. Past performance of the analytical model does not indicate future results. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided by PaddocksEdge, including any financial decisions. We accept no liability for any losses incurred.

PaddocksEdge offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial, subscription continues at £19.99 per month. A card is required to start the trial but no charge is made during the trial period. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period - you will retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others.
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute PaddocksEdge data or analysis.
• Use PaddocksEdge content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the model or access the underlying code or data.
• Use automated tools to access PaddocksEdge.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

All content, data, analysis, and design within PaddocksEdge is owned by Maitland Agency Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

PaddocksEdge provides data analysis, not financial advice. The probability scores, selections, and analysis on this site are intended to inform your own decision-making. They do not constitute a recommendation to take any specific action. You are responsible for any decisions you make based on the information provided.

PaddocksEdge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the analysis will be accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maitland Agency Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PaddocksEdge, including any financial losses.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of PaddocksEdge after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
